Empowering Transformation

Our mission at Roundtable Revival, Inc. is to facilitate the successful reintegration of formerly incarcerated individuals by providing them with mentorship, support, and resources to help them thrive in their new beginnings. Through our programs, we aim to break down barriers, reduce recidivism rates, and create a supportive environment that fosters personal growth and societal reconnection.

In the Works

As we continue to expand, we are pleased to share that the women's group of Roundtable Revival will be beginning April 14th in Dunn County. There will also be a women's group coming to Eau Claire County in the near future. Our success has also led to a future expansion that will also allow us to have a roundtable group in Chippewa County. We are excited for what is to come for Roundtable Revival, and we hope that with your continued support, we can continue to support mentees in our ever growing community and create positive change in the Chippewa Valley.

Andrew Garr

Andrew Garr serves as the Program Director in Dunn County for Roundtable Revival, where he brings strong leadership and deeply personal lived experience to his work. As a member of the organization’s Board of Directors, Andrew helps guide the vision and direction of Roundtable Revival, ensuring the mission stays rooted in authenticity, compassion, and real impact.

Andrew’s journey reflects resilience and growth. He has lived experience with mental health challenges, substance use, and involvement in the justice system. These experiences give him a genuine understanding of the barriers many individuals face. He has used that understanding to shape a path focused on connection, support, and meaningful change. His story is not just something he shares. It is something he uses every day to build trust and create opportunities for others.

In his role, Andrew creates spaces where people feel seen, heard, and respected. He is intentional about building environments grounded in trust, dignity, and belonging. He meets people where they are and walks alongside them as they work toward stability and growth. His approach helps individuals recognize their strengths and build confidence in their ability to move forward.

Andrew is also a strong advocate within the community. He works with local partners, organizations, and systems to promote more equitable and compassionate approaches to justice, recovery, and reentry. He believes in the importance of changing systems while also supporting individuals, and he actively contributes to both.

At his core, Andrew is a connector. He brings people, resources, and ideas together to strengthen the community and expand support networks. His energy, authenticity, and belief in second chances are clear in everything he does, making him a trusted leader and a source of hope for many.
